You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, along with access to several relaxing outdoor spaces. 🌿 Outdoor Spaces to Enjoy Step outside and make yourself at home on the patio and sitting areas. In the warmer months, you can sway in the hammock, sip your morning coffee on the front porch, or unwind by having a small fire in the fire pit on the patio. Grill up some burgers or steaks on the grill. It’s a lovely spot to relax after a long day. 🛋️ Inside the Apartment The apartment is thoughtfully set up for comfort and ease: • Cozy living room with a full size pull out sofa bed. A Smart TV. • Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need if you like to cook or simply make a cup of coffee • Full bathroom—with a bathtub. Plenty of shelving for your essentials • Spacious bedroom featuring generous closet space, dresser and shelves Whether you’re here for work, rest, or a quiet getaway, this apartment offers a warm, welcoming space to settle in and feel at home. Guest access Guests will have access to backyard, patio, covered porches, grill and fire pit. The apartment is a in law apartment no access is granted to any guests to the main home unless an emergency there is a fire door as a second egress exit and is clearly marked. Guests will be shown this upon arrival if necessary. Other things to note Well behaved pets are allowed to stay. There is a pet fee for "just in cases" please message me in advance for pet requests. If you have any special requests please let me know in advance. Fire pit- wood can be provided for a small fee or you can bring your own. I do provide matches and a few logs to get you started. A bucket for water to put it out also provided. No fires after 11pm We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of noise and kindly not use outside common areas after 11pm. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property at any time. There are video cameras outside all around the property for everyone's security. *All guests must be added to the reservation and have verified profiles with photos with Airbnb within 24 hours of accepted reservations. No exceptions will be made. *Before booking please read all the house rules. All guests must agree to house rules and acknowledge they have read them prior to booking
