Other things to note House can sleep 12 people Comfortably, assuming double occupancy in full and king beds upstairs. There are also two queen size (sofa bed and futon) down stairs that will sleep 4 people, (2 on each) and bunk bed with 1 twins and 1 full up stairs. All rooms are fitted with smart tvs. Only 1 pet allowed 150$ unless discussed ahead. Additional pet will need to be pre authorized by host. Subject to additional pet fee. No eating or sand in Hottub 250$ violation! Only single ply toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet $500 fine if you flush anything else and clogged the pipes. All guest outside from the original reservation must be authorized by host and a $50pp fee per visit will be charged.
