Guest access Not stairs, first floor, fully private, fully equipped apartment in a multi-residential house with access to the yard. Driveway parking is available for an additional fee. Please inquire for availability. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not host local guests (no one from New Jersey or New York). If you booked by mistake, please cancel and you will receive a full refund. This requirement may also be due to local laws. At least one guest must be 22 years old or older at the time of arrival. No one under 21 may stay unless traveling with parents or legal guardians. No exceptions. If you are booking for TWO guests, you will have access to ONE bedroom only. If you want TWO separate bedrooms, you will need to book for THREE guests. The maximum occupancy for the entire apartment is FOUR guests. Anyone beyond that number will not have access. Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am (every day including weekends) and parties and events are not allowed—we love our quiet neighborhood. Reservations must be made by the person staying. Bookings made on behalf of someone else will not be accepted, and that person will not be given access. No pets allowed (due to allergies). The apartment is not childproof. No smoking of any kind is permitted inside or outside the apartment. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms, and a fire extinguisher. Security cameras are located outside the property. Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM (Please note: we cannot provide luggage storage, so plan your trip accordingly.) Parking: Please check the North Bergen Parking Authority if you are driving. Overnight parking may be required (around $10/night). If possible, avoid driving, as parking in Northern NJ and NYC can be challenging. Public buses to NYC are available, and Lyft/Uber are convenient options.
