To the right is a play space for children (compete with toys) and a charming breakfast nook that passes through to the dining room and powder room. The dining room offers seating for 6 at the table and 4 at the breakfast nook. Beyond is the kitchen complete with gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of cooking supplies. A coffee station leads from the kitchen to the laundry room (washer and dryer) and to the rear entrance.
