My house (I live on the top floor in a two-family house) is literally a 5 minute drive from EWR/Newark Liberty Airport ($4-8 via Uber, and $15 via taxi), and a 7 minute drive from Newark Penn Station ($1.60 via bus, $4-8 via Uber, and $10-12 via taxi). My guests enjoy the short drive to/from the airport! Guests have access to the Kitchen and Living Room. I enjoy meeting new people, but am totally comfortable, if someone prefers privacy. I am usually on the premises. So if you need anything, feel free to call, text, message via Airbnb or simply knock on the door! My house is SO convenient to all modes of transportation, Plane, Train, Bus or Car: 5 minute drive from EWR/Liberty Airport, 7 minute drive from Newark Penn Station, 1-2 minutes off of NJ Turnpike/I-95/I-78/I-80, as well as the Garden State Parkway. Also commutable to various points in Manhattan, NYC via PATH or Amtrak trains (at Newark Penn). The neighborhood is in transition (formerly, strictly industrial area), now partly industrial, partly residential, in an urban setting. Commuting to Various points in Manhattan is available from Newark Penn station. You can take the bus, Uber or taxi to get to Newark Penn Station from my house. Once at Newark Penn, take the PATH train to NYC (NYC stops are: 9th Street, 14th Street, 23rd Street and 33rd Street/New York Penn Station). I provide my guests the ability to come (and go) at their leisure once they're checked in. However, I do check guests in, personally (not self-check-in) initially. Additionally, during the Covid-19 pandemic, I would appreciate verification of a recent NEGATIVE Covid-19 test, to help stop the spread of the virus, and ensure everyone’s safety.
