This warm and inviting, spacious basement apartment is located in the Historical west side of Brockton, prime location for all the “Hotspots” of Mass. Minutes to route 24 and 15 minutes walk or you can take the bus in front of the house to commuter rail to Boston. Perfect for long term stays! or just a few nice days of tranquility. Your home-away-from-home awaits you! You have access to heated saltwater pool and beautiful garden. Expect a quiet and relaxing environment while staying with us! The space Please note that the pool is not open yet to swim, there is maintenance work going on. It will be ready to swim in June 15th 2026. We allow 1-2 visitors for in the apartment. Summer time we don't allow visitors in the pool and by the pool area. Please aware that only guests are allowed to use the pool not visitors. Guest access Guests have access to the pool, which is shared with the owners. Please read the pool rules: 1. Children under 18 are not allowed in the backyard or by the pool without adult supervision. 2. When children under 18 are in the pool, an adult must be by the pool. 3. No glass is allowed in the pool area. There are plastic cups for pool use in the kitchen 4. Please take your towels and other items with you when you are not using the pool Other things to note The pool opening and closing season: first week of JUNE to end of SEPTEMBER. - Please do not allow kids in backyard alone when pool season is on. - The glass is not allowed by the pool area. There are plastic glasses and paper plates in the kitchen for your use. - We don't allow any visitors by the pool area and in the pool. Please aware that the pool is for guests not for visitors. - The pool is shared with the owners and their family members.
