Guest access The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. You will be provided with all check-in details prior to your arrival: Timeline: 48 Hours before arrival: Apartment address, parking and wifi info will be shared. Day of your arrival: For security purposes, your access code will be shared 30 minutes before your check-in. Your code will not be active until 4pm (unless otherwise discussed). The building code may be different from the apartment code. Other things to note ★ Self-Check-In ★ Arriving later than expected? No problem! Our seamless self-check-in process allows you to access the property at your convenience. ★ Early Check-In or Luggage Drop-Off ★ Standard check-in is at 4 PM, but if you need to arrive earlier, we may be able to accommodate an early check-in or allow you to drop off your luggage while our housekeeping team prepares the space. Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to assist you! ★ ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION ★ If your preferred dates are taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, you'll be happy to know that we offer extra accommodation within the area. There will be a fine of $1,000 if there is any evidence or smell of smoking in our unit as this can ruin our future guests' experience. This fine cover additional professional cleaning, labor, and any other maintenance costs. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
