This property sits on a quiet road, just a 5 minute walk from Tom Nevers Beach, one of the quietest beaches on the island. Here you can get away from it all while you are still close enough (less than 7 miles) to Nantucket Town The space 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, leaving a completely open, spacious second floor with 14-foot ceilings and open kitchen, dining, and living areas. This unique living room offers French doors on the east and west corners of the room leading to outside decks where you can sit and enjoy the ocean views during sunrise and sunset. Enjoy the sunrise on the east deck while you drink a cup of coffee at a table for 4, and relax for sunset with a drink on the west deck with adirondack chairs. The second floor has a kitchen island, dining room table, two separate living areas with large couches, and a half bath. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and access to a deck via French doors. Adjoining master bathroom has an 8-foot marble shower with 3 shower heads. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the 4th private deck. Second full bathroom is next to the 2 guest bedrooms. Complete with washer and dryer. Guest access Guests will rent and have access to the full house. Owner will contact guests prior to their stay to provide instructions on how to get into the house. Other things to note Weekly or monthly rentals are available June - August, check-in/check-out on Fridays. 3 Day minimum May, or September-November, flexible check-in date. No minimum other times of year. All linens, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, and gas barbecue grill are provided for your use during your stay. Kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, and even lobster pot! Guests are expected to stock their own groceries and toiletries. Wi-Fi high-speed broadband internet access and Xfinity Comcast TV available. Off street driveway parking available. Our cleaning staff does a complete top to bottom clean of the house in between all stays. Please note - no cats, parties, or Marijuana. Dogs are accepted based on breed and we have to charge an additional cleaning fee. Any evidence of cats, excessive alcohol, or Marijuana smell will be strictly enforced and result in loss of security deposit. No more than 6 guests allowed at house. Guests will receive further instructions and guidebook before arrival.
