No marijuana. No smoking. *We are in Fair Lawn. Our neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, safe and family oriented. The space This historic 1920s landmark duplex near NYC is a private two-floor (DUPLEX) that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It blends original architectural character with modern conveniences, making it ideal for large families, business travelers, corporate groups, and event attendees. As a preserved 1920 landmark building, the original layout remains intact, including narrow and steep staircases. The unit is located on the 1st floor. There is another private unit on the 2nd floor and walking steps may be herd from the above unit ( This is very important that you read and understand before booking) Guests are asked to kindly respect the historic character and original details that make this home unique and to please review all details in advance to make sure our home fits your needs. ***MODERN AMENITIES INCLUDE*** *Central air conditioning *High-speed Wi-Fi *Dedicated workspace for remote work *Fully equipped kitchen ***THE SPACE*** * Guests enjoy exclusive access to a chic, spacious PRIVATE duplex spanning: * 1st floor + Lower Level Level (entire 1st unit) *3 bedrooms | 2 full bathrooms * Designed for group stays up to 10 guests * We kindly ask guests to be respectful of the residents on the 2nd floor and to keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during evening and early morning hours. Guest access EARLY CHECK IN FEE: Check in time is at 4: 00 pm, however any access granted and approved by the host before 4: 00 pm, the guest understands and agrees to pay the fee of $35 before checking in . GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire UNIT ( 1ST FLOOR + Lower Level) A unique entry code will be provided closer to your check in date. This unit has its own private access and do not share indoor space with the second unit. It only shares the driveway and backyard. Other things to note This unit is on the 1st floor. There is another airbnb unit on the 2nd floor. Walking steps may be heard as this building is a 2 apartment building. Please know we do NOT PROVIDE laundry detergent, however there is plenty of stores walking distance that you can get it from. *****HOME RULES******** PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF NEIGHBORS: **No Parties , No loud Music*** Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am out of respect for our city permit and nearby neighbors. NO PARTIES PERMITTED. Your reservation will be immediately cancelled if this rule is broken. NO SMOKING/OPEN FLAMES: There is absolutely no smoking permitted inside the home OF ANY KIND. (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) Your reservation will be immediately cancelled if this rule is broken. VISITORS/GATHERINGS: Only a maximum of 10 guests are allowed at the property. All guests must be listed on your booking reservation prior to arrival. PETS: **Our home must remain FREE of pets of any kind due to a severe allergy issue** SECURITY: ***Cameras outdoor ONLY** The building is in a quite neighborhood but we do have some exterior security cameras for the house and guest safety. There is a ring camera facing the driveway/parking space, a security camera with a flood light on the garage door facing the backyard, a security camera on the front of the house facing the street and one on the back door of the 2nd unit with a flood light facing the backyard and balcony. PARKING: 2 cars can be parked back to back on the driveway. Oversized vehicles, such as commercial vans or extra large SUV will need to park on the street ( We are not responsible of any street parking tickets) Any additional cars must be parked on the street, However we are not responsible for any street parking fines. Please DO NOT PARK in front of the house, you may get a ticket. Returning the unit the same way it was found is mandatory. If anything gets broken or damaged during the stay please report it immediately. No smoking allowed in our apartment nor the building at all! There will be a fine of up to $500 if you're found violating our no smoking policy If any of the house rules are broken, we have your reservation cancelled with no refund additional fees may apply. If any items are damaged and needs to be replaced we will charge you for the exact cost of the item plus any labor or professional cleaning fees we paid. ****REMEMBER**** You will be staying in someone’s home, we appreciate your care and respect
