Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in our family’s well-loved home, located in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes from Gillette Stadium and a short train ride to Boston. This spacious home sits on 2 acres and features a newly renovated kitchen and comfortable living areas ideal for families and groups. We rent our home only a few times a year and enjoy sharing it with guests who will treat it like their own home. The space The Space Guests will have full access to our spacious, thoughtfully laid-out home, which is designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups traveling together. With multiple living areas, three full floors, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, the house offers both shared gathering spaces and private retreats. First Floor The first floor is the heart of the home and ideal for gathering. It features a large family room with comfortable seating (including a twin pull-out sofa if needed), perfect for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen and dining area were fully renovated in spring 2025 and are a highlight of the home, offering modern appliances, generous counter space, and an open layout. The dining table seats 8-10 comfortably, with additional seating at the island for 5 . A large comfy seating area adjacent to the kitchen makes it easy for everyone to be together. Step outside to enjoy the outdoor patio and dining area, great for meals, coffee, or unwinding in warmer weather. Second Floor The second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms: • Primary bedroom with a king bed and private en suite bathroom • Bedroom 2 with a twin bed and pull-out trundle • Bedroom 3 with a queen bed and a twin bunk above • Bedroom 4 with a queen bed • Full hallway bathroom Third Floor The third floor provides additional space and privacy, with two bedrooms and a full bathroom: • Bedroom 5 with a king bed • Bedroom 6 with a twin bed and a couch that converts into a bed for two • Full bathroom Additional Notes • The home comfortably sleeps 14 guests • Multiple living spaces allow groups to spread out easily • Ample off-street parking is available, making arrival and coordination simple for guests traveling with multiple vehicles • The home sits on 2 acres in a quiet residential setting, offering a peaceful place to relax while remaining close to area attractions, including Gillette Stadium This is our primary family home, and it’s best suited for respectful guests who value comfort, space, and a welcoming environment. We’ve put care into making it a place where guests can truly settle in and feel at home. Guest access There are a few key areas of the house that will be locked and inaccessible for the duration of the stay. There will be no access to our garage, basement, two downstairs rooms and a few closets. Our house is very spacious and will comfortably accommodate up to 14. We ask that our guests respect our privacy and personal belongings.
