Free private parking spot, easy check-in, 30 mins to NYC; 7 mins to trendy hot spots. Early/late check-in/out: $70 each. Pet fee: $100/pet. The space Guests will have the entire ground floor unit of this family home. This renovated apt is spacious, functional, peaceful, and perfect for professionals, corporate housing, a couple, or solo travelers. You can self check in using an access code. It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, a gorgeous spa-like bathroom, large living room area, a smart TV, dining table & chairs, a queen bed, fresh linens/towels, cotton, loofah, soap, shampoo/conditioner etc. The Welcome Book, in your gift basket upon arrival, will guide you on everything. WORK FROM HOME: There is a designated workspace in the foyer. KITCHEN: In addition to a red retro fridge, airfryer, stove top, microwave, there is also a teapot, coffee maker, and a toaster. The cabinets are full of utensils, mugs, glasses, pots & pans. WI-FI is included. PARKING: 1 private parking spot on the landing. (See pics) Guest access After parking, guest may walk to the backyard, around the deck, down 3 steps to the Yellow Door to enter the unit. The entrance door is located in the back. Guests and their pets have access to the shared backyard, the outdoor living room, the outdoor dining table, and the hammock.
