The space Big beautiful home with common kitchen, dining, laundry, tv, living and simple exercise rooms. This is a main floor suite located on the backside side of the home with a view of the trees and large private back yard. Guest access Four steps up from the street. Enter two doors and go straight back to the end of the hall. The house can also be accessed through the kitchen from the house’s large private parking lot next-door. During your stay You may encounter myself and other pleasant guests, maintenance personnel. The home has many large rooms and yet feels very private, relaxing, homey and clutter free, as a house rule, each guests immediately cleans after use of kitchen, bathroom, laundry. Other things to note We provide multiple rooms in one very large space and all guest must be single or traveling as plutonic roomates. Please no couples. Guests must be registered. There is no smoking and no pets or children on the property. Guests are responsible, leaving the common areas as they found them; cleaned and clear of clutter.
