More than 5 Guests needs prior approval. Guest access Our quests may use all of the house accept two non conforming bedrooms in the basement that will be locked. Other things to note The property is just off highway 30. You can ride your bike on trails to the Newbo area, it’s close to baseball parks and minutes from downtown Cedar Rapids. The home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests total, including children, with a limit of 4 adults and 2 children unless approved prior to booking. Any additional guest past 4 adults and 2 children needs to be approved through the owners or 150.00 per night per person will be charged. In support of our sustainability efforts, our linen policy includes one towel per registered guest. This helps reduce water, energy and detergent use. We have a 100% no smoking or vaping rule for the home. Violations will be charged at 300.00.
