The Blue Room w/ Private Bath

The Blue Room with private bath is on one side of our home. You will have your own private key pad entry and ample parking. We are centrally located near the Mashpee Commons, an outdoor market place, with upscale shops, markets and restaurants. The beach is always close on Cape Cod. Downtown Hyannis: 11 miles, 23 mins. Downtown Falmouth: 10 miles, 23 mins. Barnstable County Fairgrounds: 3.4 miles, 7 mins. Mashpee Commons: 1.4 miles, 4 mins. South Cape Beach: 6.5 miles, 13 mins.ot dx. Oomath The space The Blue Room is a large room with a queen bed, closet, armoire, and TV. Next door is a private bath with tub and shower. My dog Louis lives in the house with me. You will hear him scuffling about, and he may bark when locked in my upstairs room. He will be quiet throughout the evening, night and early morning. Guest access Guests have private use of Blue Room and Private Bath right outside the Blue Room. See pictures. During your stay Contacting me via the airbnb app is most convenient. I will probably say “hi” but otherwise stay out of your way. I am an early riser and try to stay as quiet as possible, but my room is above the Blue Room. Other things to note If I didn’t say this already, you will have a private entrance via the front door. Once inside, you will see the Blue Room and your private bathroom ahead of you (see pictures). The key pad directions for the front door will be sent directly shortly before your stay. You can lock the bedroom and bathroom doors from the inside but you cannot lock those doors behind you when you leave. My home is on a busy but convenient street and is separated from that street by stockade fencing. You will hear some street noise yet people have found the Blue Room to be quite peaceful (see reviews). If you have any questions, please message through the app. Thanks!
