You have total privacy and there is no shared space except the backyard Guest access Guests have full access to the home including 1 bedroom w/walk in closet and attached full bathroom, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 full bathroom (not in bedroom), 1 fully stocked kitchen, 1 laundry room, 1 garage, and outdoor patio with seating. Organic toiletries, laundry detergent,dish soap, etc. provided for use during stay. Other things to note Children 3 and under are welcome to stay with the guest. We provide a pack and play at the property. This house cannot accommodate more than 2 guests and the small baby or child. No extra sleeping accommodations are provided.
