This apartment is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the Highway (93 exit 5/ 24 and 95). It is next to 3 restaurants within a 5 min walk, an easy Uber/lyft from Logan Express, Enterprise, mall and grocery store. Off street Parking for 1 is available for your rental car (strongly recommended) Cameras on exterior. The space This is a second floor unit. You will need to climb stairs. There is no elevator. 1 Larger Bedroom with double bed, closet and dresser 1 smaller Bedroom with twin bed and small desk. Living room with Couch, TV and coffee table New full Kitchen and eating area including pots, pans, plates, silverware and Keurig. Washer and dryer in kitchen New Bathroom- Includes 4 towels, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Private Deck- Furnished in warmer months. Backyard for small/medium pet (See pet rules before booking) There are cameras on the exterior of the property viewing the front door, driveway and backyard. No cameras are inside the house or apartment you will be staying in…. Because I am not a creep. There are no cameras inside the house or apartment. Other things to note This place is close to Boston, but this is not Boston. If you are expecting to be close to downtown or rely on public transportation it may take longer and require transfers. A car is strongly recommended for getting around locally and into Boston as well. This is a suburb outside/south of the city. Check traffic patterns during peak hours i.e. 7am-10am/ 3pm-7pm and research routes. Book here if you want a quieter, slower, less expensive experience and are willing to commute in if Boston is your destination. This is 2nd floor apartment your will need to climb stairs.
