UPSTAIRS, PRIVATE LOCKED TWIN Bedroom WE PROVIDE: - TV, hamper, hangars, clothes storage - Linens, towels, wash cloth — as needed DO NOT WASH!!!!!!!!!! - Toilet paper (3/monthly guest) - Trash bags, dish/hand soap, shower essentials - Fully stocked kitchen: pots, seasonings, etc - Instapot, airfryer, ninja, crockpot WE EXPECT: - Cleaning up immediately after cooking - Bathroom mindfulness - Beds stripped at end We DON’T provide: - Paper towels - Second chances after disrespect The space SINGLE FAMILY HOME ROOM RENTAL COMMON AREAS: - KITCHEN - LIVING ROOM - Projector, sofa sleeper - DINING ROOM - 2 island stools, 6 seats at dining table - FRONT PORCH - Smoking is okay on STOOP not inside porch - BATHROOM W/ STANDING SHOWER - If all rooms are booked, 3 people will be sharing this space - Guests are expected to shower once a day on average - Coordinate with others to ensure mindful usage in AM/PM Guest access COMMON AREAS: - Kitchen - Dining room - Living room - Basement laundry room - Parking on black top - Back yard / fire pit During your stay I’m just a text away! I stay here when I have breaks from school, but I’m in Chiropractic college in GA. My cohost is around the corner! I may be there during your stay in Jan, or March!! Remember, you are renting a room. Common areas are expected to be maintained by guests. We also have an indoor camera facing the back door (our front door) entrance) to ensure proper guest amount, no shoes, and check out time happens according to plan.
