Home in Decorah

Bottom floor of a duplex, 1 bedroom (king) + 2 futons + 1 day bed and trundle, full kitchen, dining (with grand piano)! bath (clawfoot tub and sauna) laundry. Next to the bike trail, river, and walking distance to downtown and Luther. Front porch with grill and table, free internet. Hosts live in space when not occupied and stay upstairs when there are guests. Young children so may hear some occasional noise. The space Living room has Roku tr, video game systems, board games and shelves of books. Dining room has large table (seats 10), grand piano, guitars. Kitchen has coffee pot, microwave, fridge stove, dishwasher, tableware and utensils. House is old and has some quirks. Floors need to be redone and have some creeks. Family occupies the space when not booked so family pics are on the walls, artwork is on the fridge, etc. Guest access Basement is open but not for visitors unless you need tornado safety. Entryway is shared. Owners take the stairs up to their upstairs bedrooms and do not have access to your space during the stay.
