Our home is a great place for visiting families needing their own space. Just hop on the interstate + the ISU campus is 10 minute drive away. CyRide bus also passes in front of our home making it easy for after game drop offs. This is a condo connected to another self-owned home. The home has been newly renovated to include keyless entry, high-speed internet access, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. This is a family home. NO parties. NO smoking. The space Our cozy condo is great for Cyclone fans, families of ISU students, visiting ISU scholars, and business people. Our home features: - newly renovated (all new flooring and paint!) -Main level: King bed sleeps 2 people with ensuite bathroom and 1 double bed with a hallway full bath. - Lower level: 1 bath, 1 bedroom (queen bed), open den area with bunk beds(full + twin beds), living area, children play area (2 twin size air mattresses are located in the bedroom closet) - Keyless entry - high-speed internet access - Smart Home Devices: 1G Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Nest Thermostat, and G- Hub -Comfortable living room; Frame TV with Apple TV (but no cable programming is provided); - extra sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided - Fully equipped kitchen, including pots and pans, with service for ten people -Completely stocked coffee bar with Fellows Electric Kettle and Coffee Bean Grinder with your choice of making coffee! - Cozy dining area with table that seats 8 comfortably and extra folding chairs for 4 more to squeeze in. -sleeps 5 adults in 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queens, and 1 full) plus 2 twin size floor air mattresses. - Basement has extra seating and hang out area + play area for kids -Washer/dryer; iron/ironing board; hair dryers(both located in main level bathrooms) -Dedicated workspace (both main level rooms) -Off-street parking - neighborhood park is just across the street, a great place for small kids' activities or a family picnic/gathering. - Electric grill is available for those summer cookouts! Guest access Guests have the entire unit for themselves. No shared space with owner or other guests. Guests are welcome to use all the living area of the house that are not locked. Please note that is is our personal FAMILY home and we ask that you are respectful of our home. Parking: Outside parking for two vehicles in the back driveway, but street parking is available in front of the house as well (our garage will not be available for use or parking inside).
