The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom door. The guest bedroom has a walk-in closet as well. A balcony sits just outside of the dining area / living room. The balcony faces east/south thus it is great for morning cup of coffee (complementary). Guest access Guests will have 100% private access to both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, washer, dryer, kitchen, dining area, and the balcony. The parking lot in the rear and parking garage are both available to guests. Guests also have access to a shared rooftop patio that is great for grilling and gathering.
