There is a picnic table and firepit for our guests to enjoy. Guest access The entire apartment and large balcony is private for guests to relax. there is also a firepit available. Other things to note The apartment is above the main home. Some shared walls. There are two dogs on the property. The fenceline keeps them separate from the areas the guests have access to. The pups will bark to alert. They are not chronic barkers. The small pup watches TV. Yes, true. When he sees another dog on TV, he'll bark. I do my best to catch it quick to stop his barking. He knows better. :) There are cameras on the property. One camera is positioned to see the driveway, guest parking and the front gate to the main home area. other cameras face in directions covering the hosts yard.
