Built in the 1800s, the upstairs church area was converted into a music art space and the layout is consistent in the apartment. This is a clean, new, fresh space that is very comfy. Bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. Kitchen is stocked with dishes for dining in. Spend time in the living room curled up on the couch watching Netflix or reading a book. We have put so much love into this space and can't wait for you to stay! Guest access You will have full access to the LOWER 1,200sqft apartment and the front patio. Other things to note Trains do run along the river in downtown LeClaire and they will blow their horns while passing through town. This can be during the day or the night, but not as loud where we are located. Please note, the apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be used for sleeping.
