Our recently renovated rental sleeps two and gives our visitors a respite from the hustle of Honolulu, and access to a host of amenities: short walk to the beach, BBQ areas, pool access and more on the adjacent Turtle Bay Resort grounds. A couples getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or a cozy home base. This rental is perfect for exploring world famous beaches and golf course. The space One-bedroom condo in a secured, gated community perfect for enjoying the near-by resort and the surrounding areas, or staying in for a relaxing getaway. Our rental features one-bedroom with a comfy Queen-sized memory foam bed, brand new A/C unit (October 2023), and fully equipped kitchen with Calphalon stainless steel cookwear for all cooking needs. Feel free to dine inside at our kitchen island with bar stools for entertaining, or morning coffee on the furnished Lanai with perfect sunrise views and the Ko’olau mountains. Keurig / drip dual coffee maker and electric tea pot provided. We provide a smart TV in the bedroom and Wifi through-out the property. Stacked washer and dryer available for quick washes. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire rental unit in our gated community. Code to the front gate provided upon check-in. All confirmed bookings are subject to a 15% transient accommodation tax per Hawai’i state law. For excess trash left in the rental upon check out (trash overflowing or left outside of provided bins) we must process an additional $25 cleaning fee. We encourage all guests to dispose of large amounts of trash at the bins on the grounds near the parking area. Guests are provided an electronic fob for access to areas on the property.
