Venture out a bit to discover several other local attractions including the Plum Island Lighthouse, Waterfront Park, downtown Newburyport, and the Turner Hill Golf Club, all within 20 miles of your front door. While river views and water activities await nearby, you'll also find plenty of accessories and fun right at home including an extensive collection of books, a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels, a DVD player and media library, a piano, board games, and even a pair of binoculars for the birders in your group. With an array of updated appliances, stock up the fridge and easily prepare all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen. Dine indoors or head out to your furnished deck for the perfect alfresco experience. For sleeping options, choose from your comfortable bedrooms, two of which include skylights as well as air-conditioning units for your comfort. This home also features a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip! House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Guest access You'll enter using a keypad code. Enter your code and wait for the green light to confirm it's accepted, then turn the handle. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. The door locks automatically when you close it. Standard check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. If early check-in or late checkout are available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offer - otherwise, the home will be prepared between 10am and 4pm for your arrival. Please keep your access code handy throughout your stay - the inside handle doesn't lock, so you'll need the code to re-enter if the door closes behind you. Other things to note The home comes with complimentary start-up amenities including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You're responsible for any additional supplies you need during your stay. All linens, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with additional sets available in the unit.
