It is super close to PATH, great restaurants, bars and all the cool hangouts in the area. Waterfront with breathtaking views of NYC skyline is merely 5 minutes PATH train ride. A very ideal place for anyone who wants to stay as close to New York City as possible without paying the astronomical city prices. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family visiting New York or Jersey City for any occasion or get together. Private parking right by the apartment can be provided upon request for just $10 per night (if available). Street parking is free but a little tough. There's a huge 24-hour Parking garage just about 100 yards from the apartment. NOTE: In case you need to rent a car during your stay, this parking garage across the street is also a pick-up and drop-off location for car sharing apps like Zipcar and Turo.
