A cozy room in Summit

This is a private bedroom in a large, spacious house. We are a ten-minute walk to the Summit train station into NYC, a five-minute walk to the Summit Overlook Medical Center hospital, and directly across the street from an NJ transit bus stop. Enjoy a spacious room, fantastic bakeries, and being next door to several great restaurants and markets. There is private parking, and we are just a short walk to the Summit downtown and local parks. Enjoy your time visiting Summit with us today. The space The house is a 3 story single family home centrally located in Summit. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom on the first floor. There is a second living room, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom in the furnished basement. There is a second full bathroom on the second floor. The house has a fenced in backyard and a front yard. The guest's room is located in the furnished basement, providing greater seclusion and privacy. The guest's main bathroom is also in the furnished basement. It is a shared bathroom, but the bathroom is primarily only used by the guest due to its separation from the rest of the house. Guest access The guest has access to the guest's bedroom and the common areas on the downstairs and the first floor. This includes the downstairs living room, the downstairs bathroom, the downstair's kitchenette, the first floor kitchen, the first floor living room, the first floor dining room, the first floor bathroom, the second floor bathroom, and the front and back porches. There is a front yard and backyard as well for the guest to enjoy. During your stay I enjoy socializing with the guests. I am always available through the AirBNB app and by cell phone. I can be reached by call or text. Other things to note I live on the property with my partner in a bedroom on the second floor. We rent out two other rooms in the house. There may be other guests staying on the property during your stay.
