The NOLA Nest

This home is newly renovated with a peaceful, clean, and minimalistic vibe. You’re just minutes from the French Quarter and about 20 minutes from several major hospitals in the area, making it an ideal home for travel nurses. We’ve added a cozy bonfire setup on your private deck to help you make the most of the outdoor space. Relaxing outside is just as important to us as feeling comfortable inside. The space We have a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and large television. A guest room and large couch in the living room. Off of the living room is and very spacious kitchen and second full bathroom . We also offer a laundry room with all you need! Lastly, you’ll have a large backyard to yourself and deck off of the master bedroom. Keep in mind this is a shotgun home (2 family) home. If you are interested in reserving both sides. Let us know in advance . Our other side is posted separately. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire duplex during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Each side of the duplex is completely private, with no shared indoor spaces. In addition, guests have their own private section of the backyard, enclosed with a fence for privacy and relaxation. It’s perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening breeze. Street parking is first come, first serve. There are no designated or reserved parking spaces for the property. Parking is available along the public street near the home. We recommend arriving early to secure a convenient spot, especially during weekends or events. Please follow local parking rules and avoid blocking driveways or fire hydrants. Other things to note As mentioned earlier, this home is a classic New Orleans shotgun house, which means there’s another side available, similar to a two-family home. If you and your group would like to stay in the same building but have separate homes for your time here, please let us know in advance. We’ll do our best to make that happen for you.
