Single family ranch on a quiet street with dedicated off-street parking, close proximity to the 9th street walking/biking bridge, downtown OC restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and playgrounds! The space Upon entering from the front of the property, there are 3 small steps that lead you to a quaint, covered front porch with a couch and 2 chairs. There are strand lights that are controlled with a remote as well. Enter in the front door to be welcomed by the living room/dining area. Prepare to settle in and get cozy. Off to the left of the living room is the kitchen. 1 bedroom off the kitchen. There is access to the back of the property via a door in the kitchen. Off to the right of the living room is a small hallway with 2 bedrooms. The side bedroom has the second tv in the home. The master bathroom has a shower/toilet for use. Guest access Dedicated driveway, please be careful exiting as backup room is tight. On street parking available in front of the property. May use the front porch, back area (cushions in closet inside), and outdoor shower. No access to shed Other things to note Age 25+ 4 night minimum between MDW-LDW The property is 1 level and best suited for a girls or guys weekend away or a small family. No pets No access shed. 4 beach tags available during stay if between MDW-LDW. Must leave upon check-out. No smoking in or around the property There is hot water and heat!
