The space The guest house is a studio space with an elevated sleeping loft (full size mattress) accessed by affixed ladder above the half bath and kitchenette, a comfortable Room + Board sleeper sofa (queen size) a half bath (inside), patio space and private OUTDOOR shower. Guest house abuts our pool, which is open Labor Day through mid/late September. We have a friendly (elderly) dog who spends time in the enclosed yard. Ample off-street parking. House includes: linens, towels and pool towels, limited kitchen supplies, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, mini fridge, ceiling fan and A/C (and heat). Guest access The guest house and pool area are yours to use and explore. Our family (2 adults, one to two adult children when home) may use the pool during the day. Other things to note Guests need to be sure to keep the gate closed for legal reasons (the inground pool). The entire back yard and pool area are fenced in for this reason.
