200 sf guest house adjacent to our home. Space complete w/ wifi, heat, A/C + ceiling fan. QUEEN size sleeper sofa , full size mattress in sleeping loft, kitchenette w/sink + mini fridge, HALF bath, OUTDOOR shower, private patio and in-ground pool. Outdoor lighting allows for nighttime enjoyment of guest house, pool and enclosed yard. Walking distance to Florence ctr, 2 mi from downtown Northampton. THIS SPACE IS MORE COMFORTABLE FOR 2 PEOPLE - but there is enough sleeping space for 3. The space The guest house is a studio space with an elevated sleeping loft (full size mattress) above the half bath and kitchenette, a comfortable sleeper sofa (full size) a half bath (inside), patio space and private outdoor shower. Guest house abuts our pool, which is open Labor Day through mid/late September. We have a friendly (elderly) dog who spends time in the enclosed yard. Ample off-street parking. House includes: linens, towels and pool towels, limited kitchen supplies, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster oven, mini fridge, ceiling fan and A/C (and heat). Guest access The guest house and pool area are yours to use and explore. Our family (2 adults, one to two adult children when home) may use the pool during the day. Other things to note Guests need to be sure to keep the gate closed for legal reasons (the inground pool). The entire back yard and pool area are fenced in for this reason. Our friendly dog may spend time in the fenced area.
