Guest access Please note there can be no fires in the ornamental fireplace in the home. In the off-season the outdoor shower is not available. Other things to note This property provides sheets and bath linens. We also have a beach box for you to use during your stay, located on Philadelphia Avenue Beach in Cape May. The name on the box is "504 Sandcastle". Inside the box, you'll find four chairs and a beach umbrella to help enjoy your stay. We like to be upfront about our policies, to avoid any confusion as to what type of vacation rental you will be booking. This property may be a great fit for your group, but big parties are not acceptable. Before booking, please take the time to consider what your group’s vacation plans entail to see if everyone will consider this property to be a good fit. - The primary renter must be a minimum of 25 years of age. - Absolutely no prom, high school, college or spring break renters. - If you have falsely represented your group, your lease is considered null/void and you will not have use of the property. No monies will be returned. - Only those stipulated in the rental agreement are allowed. No outside visitors. - All interior areas of this house are 100% smoke free.
