The location in the heart of Okoboji just across the West/East Lake bridge, walking distance to the iconic Ritz Bar and Grill, and just up the road from Arnolds Park Amusement Park and Bridges Bay Resort & Waterpark. Upon entering the home you'll be welcomed into an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your entertaining needs and seating for 16. Off the living area to the left is the primary bedroom with on-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and King bed. The primary bedroom has double patio doors with floor to ceiling glass to the lake. Down two steps off the kitchen you will find another bedroom with on-suite bath, Queen bed, and stackable washer and dryer. To the right of the living area is another sunken area leading to the remaining three bedrooms. Bedroom three offers patio doors leading to the lake with beautiful views and Queen bed. Bedroom four also offers patio doors leading to the lake along with a King bed facing the bay area and a twin bed facing the lake. Down the hall and up the stairs is a fifth large bedroom with a Queen bed and TWO twin over full bunk beds. This room sleeps 8 guests.
