Cozy Camp on the River

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sleeps 12 comfortably. It also has a couch for an additional person and if two people would like to sleep on the futon, then it has an additional spot. The large porch is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Below is an outdoor space great for gatherings that includes a full bathroom, picnic tables, barbecue pit, and a food prep area. During the summer it has a built in large fan to keep the entire area cool. The space Raised house/camp on the river. We are updating furniture, exterior of camp etc, so it may look different than pictures in person. There will be a queen bed in the master, a futon in the connected side room, and 3 bunk beds in the other two rooms with full and twin mattresses. Each bunk bed can sleep two people on bottom and one person or two kids on top. Note: The outside bathroom does not currently work, and there is only one bathroom inside. Other things to note The camps next to this one will also be rented out in the future, so if you have a large gathering there will eventually be two other camps and at least one camper to house more people. It will be a great place for large events, family reunions, corporate events, etc.
