The spacious bathroom offers a luxurious walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start or a soothing end to your day in paradise. The modern design and ample space ensure your comfort and convenience. In the tranquil bedroom, a California king-size bed welcomes you to a restful night's sleep. Drift off to the gentle sound of ocean waves and wake up rejuvenated, ready for another day of exploration and adventure on Maui. The living room features a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests. *** Notice of Property Plumbing Project: - Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. - We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. *** *** Notice of Upcoming Canal Work*** - Construction will tentatively start November 2025 and expected to continue for approximately eight months. - Work will begin on the ocean-facing side. - The concrete will generate noise interruption and work hours are tentatively scheduled for weekdays and during standard working hours. **Notice of Seawall repair project update: - Sinkhole repairs will be concentrated in front of the A, L and F buildings. - Anticipated start date around December 2025 or January 2026. - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays. Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka’anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay. My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Please see our Vacation Rental Agreement located in the House Rules section where you can read further regarding Damage Waiver and Processing Fee. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
