Special monthly rate for extended stays. My home is a traditional New Orleans shotgun style home located in the coveted Marigny Triangle neighborhood, immediately adjacent to the French Quarter. I am located two blocks from Bourbon Street and the French Quarter and two blocks from trendy Frenchmen Street. The space Guests will enjoy the opportunity to live like a New Orleanian in the front half of a recently renovated and updated traditional New Orleans side-hall shotgun. The spacious two room “double-parlor” has a large bedroom with fireplace and a living room with tv, internet, stereo, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Guests will share the home and single bath with the owner who lives on site. Guest access My home is a traditional New Orleans shotgun. Guests will enter through a shared front entrance and foyer. Guests will enjoy the front two rooms: a double parlor bedroom and living room space. I am single and live in the rear of the house and guests will share my single Jack and Jill bathroom. Guests will also have exclusive use of a covered front porch which is set back from the street with an iron gate.
