Other things to note *PLEASE READ* ~ No parties ~ Renters must be 25 years of age or older ~ Bachelor and bachelorette parties are not allowed ~ Electric golf cart is available until October 1st ~ Electric golf cart is unavailable from October 1 through early spring ~ Please no parking on the grass, per HOA regulations. The driveway allows parking for up to three vehicles, overflow and trailer parking is available in the Bridges Bay Resort lot. ~ Waterpark hours of operation may vary and are beyond the host’s control. * Please verify waterpark hours on Bridges Bay Resort website before booking your stay. * The host is not responsible if the waterpark is unavailable during your stay. * Waterpark passes are not available on the day of check-out unless preapproved by the host. ~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or in the garage. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio, but cigarettes must not be put out on the concrete, any structures, or furniture. Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied. ~ Pets are allowed only with prior host approval and must have the pet fee added to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. Guests must clean up all dog waste from the grounds before departure, or an additional cleaning fee may be applied. ~ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. ~ Please do not move furniture. ~ Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. ~ Please follow all posted community and resort rules during your stay.
