This rental is on our 26 family acreage which is bordered by miles of State and Federal Lands. If you need extra sleeping arrangements, there's a trundle bed with two twins and a convenient baby crib for your little one. This family-friendly home comes fully equipped with essential amenities. For the little ones, we have a pack 'n play, two high chairs, and a potty chair, ensuring that the whole family is well taken care of during your visit. We are pet friendly with a $50 dollar non-refundable deposit per animal, per stay, not per night. The pet needs to stay on a leash at all times outside. The pet will not be permitted to be left alone in the rental unit. Please take the animal with you when you leave. There will be a waste station for you to clean up easily after it. Guest access You are free to use the entire rental unit including the front deck that overlooks the mountain views. You also have access to the firepit which is the only shared space. You will just have to share with the other Air BNB rental unit. You may walk around the property as long as you stay on the roads. Other things to note The speed limit is marked as 10 miles per hour and the residents at the bottom of the mountain would really appreciate it if you stuck to that as would we to keep the peace.
