The house is located at a safe neighborhood. Guest access Your personal 4-digit entry code can access both the front and rear doors. You and your guests will have full access to the entire house, except storage rooms with the sign "Employees only" which is used to store supplies for our cleaning staff. Other things to note We have a complimentary EV charger. The fireplace, ceiling fans, Russsound system and outdoor fires are for decoration purposes only. They are not in use due to safety harzous. Pack and play is available at least 24 hours notice request before the check in time. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house or $250 extra cleaning fee will be applied. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. No manipulation of the internet or cameras. We have 2 off street parking spots in the driveway. The quiet hour is 9pm to 8am. For safety reasons, please do not move furnitures. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00AM. We often have to be strict regarding the check-out times so that the cleaning company has enough time to get the house ready for the next guests. However, whenever possible, we will try our best to accommodate your schedule to allow for earlier arrival or later departure.
