A large bedroom with 2 shared bathrooms in a 4 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment in the heart of Journal Square, Jersey City. Located on a dead-end street for cars and a pedestrian only walkway to the Train, this place is ideal for any traveler(s) who is/are looking for a place as close to NYC as possible without paying NYC's sky-high prices. The room features: - Queen-size bed - Working desk & Chair - Big closet - Iron and Iron board The space This is a 4-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, 2nd floor walk-up apartment. This one is a large bedroom ideal for 1 person but can accommodate 2 as well. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms shared. Out of the 3 other bedrooms, one is occupied by me and the other 2 are on Airbnb as well. My work is in Philadelphia, so I am hardly here during the weekdays. The apartment is huge, bright and airy. It is super close to PATH, great restaurants, bars and all the cool hangouts in the area. Waterfront with breathtaking views of NYC skyline is merely 5 minutes PATH train ride. A very ideal place for anyone who wants to stay as close to New York City as possible without paying the astronomical city prices. This bedroom is suitable for a single traveler or a couple. Private parking right by the apartment can be provided upon request for just $10 per night (if available). Street parking is free but a little tough. There's a huge 24-hours Parking garage just about 100 yards from the apartment. Note: In case you need to rent a car during your stay, this parking garage across the street is also a pick-up and drop-off location for car sharing apps like Zipcar and Turo. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment EXCEPT the 3 other bedrooms. During your stay Interaction is entirely guest's choice. I am not here for most part of the weekdays. During weekends I remain busy with social activities in and around NYC. However, if needed, I will be available for anything in person or over the phone. Please feel free to ask anything about getting to and around in NYC or any recommendations for food and activities. I will be glad to help you.
