This beautiful, large home is located centrally on the border of Keansburg and North Middletown, NJ. Each bedroom has ample closet space and a desk to work from home! There are 2 large living rooms for entertaining + an air hockey table! It is 1 block to Ideal Beach + Keansburg Waterpark, Amusement Park + Boardwalk. You can get to NYC in about 1 hour by bus, train, or ferry which is all within 5 minutes away. Popcorn Machine, Ping Pong Table, Pickleball, Life Size Jenga, Connect Four + Cornhole The space This beautiful home was just newly built in 2004 + recently painted + re-furnished. All of the furniture + household items are brand new. You will have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will also be able to enjoy the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor patio area. Each room has multiple pillows, plenty of closet space, night stands and lamps. There is a crib, high chair, some children’s toys and a stroller available if traveling with little ones! Clean towels, bed sheets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are supplied. Guest access Guests will have access to WiFi, living room, full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, outdoor patio. Other things to note * Must provide names of all guests staying in the home + Driver’s License of each guest over the age of 18 within 24 hours of booking. Otherwise booking will not be accommodated. *The front and back of the house are monitored by Ring. *There are no guests allowed at anytime unless they are registered. *You will only be charged the cleaning fee one time. Everything is cleaned before you check in + after you check out. *If the house requires additional cleaning and is left very dirty there will be an additional cleaning fee added on. Ex: dishes in the sink, garbage + recycle not taken out, stains on the furniture, sheets or blankets that do not come out, etc. *You will be charged for any damages to the home. There is a full inspection done prior to move in + after move out.
