The space Our walk-out basement apartment is modern and cozy, furnished in a Scandinavian, rustic-modern style. Handicap accessible, radiant heat floor plus mini-split unit for additional heat or AC. The space includes a sitting area with TV, kitchenette, bath and bedroom. Sleeps two on a queen size bed plus a sleep sofa option. Guest access Shared laundry available. Driveway parking. Other things to note Please be aware that we live upstairs of the space. We try to be considerate and quiet as possible but since it’s an older home you may hear some noises.
