Just Chill’inn is your own private 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage including a 4 person Golf Cart in a seasonal resort community. The cottage is centrally located to Boston, MA/NH beaches, hiking and more. If you prefer to Just Chill, you never have to leave the amenity rich gated village with adult only pool & hot tub, family pool, toddler pool, sandy beach pond swimming, playground, and numerous sports courts. Onsite restaurant & bar (weekends). Make family memories at this amazing property. The space The Cottage has a west facing patio at the front with outdoor seating, fire pit, grill. PArking for your GOlfCart plus 2 cars. Inside the cottage is open living areas, dining, kitchen that include 2 leather loveseats, 3 comfy chairs, smart TV, Xfinity wifi , dining room table for 6. Kitchen includes large refrigerator, ice maker, dish washer, full size stove/oven, coffee maker, mircowave, all dishes for inside and outside dining. Bathroom with large vanity/single sink bathtub/shower. A stacked washer/dryer for guest use. All linens, bath towels and large basket beach/pool towels . Bedroom 1 - Queen setup, Bedroom 2 - twin beds, extra mattress for floor suitable for children. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 6 gets tight. Guest access Just Chill'inn is your private cottage for your stay. Resort fees, amenities and golf cart are included in your rental. Community Gate for first day check-in is open 9-5(more hours in peak season). The cottage has 24/7 pin code access. A Community Gate 24/7access card is provided upon check-in. Two cars are allowed to park at the cottage at any one time. Additional vehicles must park at the parking area by the main gate(10 minute walk - or short Golf Cart ride to pick up your day guests). Day guests are welcome, all overnight guests and vehicles must be registered with the host/HOA a week in advance. Other things to note Just Chill'inn Cottage is part of a Resort HOA community. The HOA requires registration at least a week prior to your stay. A copy of primary guest drivers license and a list of all guests with ages will be requested. Just Chill'inn is family friendly community with quiet hours. No more than 6 guests to a cottage, no parties on the property. No guest service animals or pets are allowed (sorry).
