This listing includes TWO condo units, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. You will have access to two condo units located in the same building—one on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd floor, with secure door access codes for both areas. Combined, both spaces include 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 living room areas, accommodating up to 8 guests in total. Other things to note We have quiet hours starting at 10 pm every night. This is out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This is not a property to have an all night get together. As well we have a strict no party policy. *Please note that our renovations included a complete gut of the property- however, the floors and framing are original- dating back to 1930. We ask that all guests be mindful of noise, as it may travel. **We do not recommend this property for children or infants. Parking is also on street anywhere in the neighborhood.
