Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club Oahu Studio Unit

I own a timeshare week in the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club for a Studio Unit. I will check the dates that you are interested in and if available, will give you the view and details and price. Please send me a message or inquiry and NOT a booking request. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities are available like a normal guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation since I use my week once you book. I do respond very very quickly to any questions! The space This listing is for a mountain view studio containing a king-size bed plus a small pull-out sleeper sofa. An ocean view may be available for an upgrade fee - you will need to ask me and I will check if it is available. Marriott will allow up to four adults plus one infant in a studio, but honestly I would not recommend it. The sofa bed in this room is small, and, in my opinion, only suitable for one small adult. This is similar to a hotel room with a small kitchenette that contains a sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini fridge (no stovetop). As an alternative, I often have full one- and two-bedroom villas with kitchens. Please inquire for availability and pricing. Marriott defines all rooms with no view of the ocean as mountain view; view may contain roads, parking lots, industrial areas, etc. Ocean views may be available at a higher rate; these all have some view of the water, but views may be partially obstructed. Kindly note that we cannot guarantee a particular room as rooms are assigned upon check in just as if you were to book with the resort directly. We can put a request for a higher floor but it is not guaranteed. The studio does not have a washer and dryer in the unit, but there are washers and dryers in each building in the resort that you can use. We HIGHLY suggest you visit the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club website, click on Accommodations on the top right, and click on "Guest Room" to see the layout and included items in the listing. Guest access Guest will check in at the front desk with the official Marriott confirmation that we will procide. Other things to note **Marriott now requires your full name and address as they appear on your ID, plus your email and phone number. Pls provide these at booking to avoid trouble at check-in.** On the beach at Ko Olina, the resort features luxurious studio villas, golf course, nearby restaurants and shopping, quiet adult pool & fun family pool with waterslide, many activities, and Oahu's beautiful scenery and weather. Hawaii state transient tax of about $8 per night for a studio must be paid at check-in. No other fees - parking is free and there are no resort fees. Registration Details Exempt
