There is flexible seating. This house has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has TWO queen sized beds in it and bedroom 2 has a twin over full sized bunk bed. We have a coffee maker that uses ground coffee. We understand how important coffee is to our guests. Don't bring dirty laundry home. There is a washer and dryer on site for guests to use in the garage that's onsite. It is a shared washer and dryer. It is up to the guests' responsibility to supply the charcoal.
