Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home-base only two short blocks away from world famous Waikiki Beach. The Studio can sleep up to two on a queen bed. Lanai has a view of the mountains & city. Suite is furnished with 55" Smart TV, high speed WIFI & AC. Kitchenette includes mini fridge, microwave, sink, coffee pot, hot water electric kettle and basic dish-wares. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo, bidet toilet, bath linens & beach towels too. The space Welcome to the Aloha Beach Suite. We are located a short 2 blocks to the world famous Waikiki Beach. Looking out the front door picture you will see how close you are. There are a number of Surfboard rental places on the way so you can pick up your board and drop off very easily. The Condo is surrounded by restaurants, everything from food trucks to luxury 5 star dining. You can Hike up Diamond Head or an easy walk to Ala Moana Park. Fully furnished and decorated to really enjoy your stay. Guest access Private studio is the whole guest space Other things to note *All guests are required to pre-registered with a valid Government Photo Id before arrival. **All visitor of registered guests must be signed in at the Security Desk in the middle of the lobby. Note - Main entrance doors (Kuhio Ave side) are open 24 hours. The back doors along Prince Edward St. close after dark however you can enter tower 2 through the inner stairwell from the parking garage. **Please do not dispose baby wipes, paper towels, “Flushable” or female products down the toilet. **On days of high humidity, the Air condition units tend to produce more condensate and may overflow onto the lanai. A/C containers must be emptied in the bathtub. We ask for the A/C to be turned “off” while you’re not in the unit. Fines can be imposed for water dripping from the lanai. **Report any leaks, damages, and concerns immediately via messaging or phoning/texting Theresa directly. **Nothing may hang over the balcony ledge or a $50.00 USD fine will be issued by the Building Manager. Violators will be responsible for the fine. **Please do not bring sand back from the beach, use the beachside showers to leave the sand at the beach. Do not allow sand down the shower/tub as it will clog the pipes. An additional fee could be assessed to remove excessive sand from the unit or clear clogged drain lines. **Smoking is prohibited in common areas such as the Elevators, Hallways, and Lobby. All units are Non-Smoking rooms. Smoking is not permitted on the Balcony. Building fines will be imposed for violators. **Please remember to have your keys with you to avoid being “locked out” of the room. Missing keys upon check out will result in a $100.00 USD charge to the guest. $50 charge for all lockouts after hours. **Any missing items or damage to the building / unit caused by you or your guests will result in a charge. **Read all notices posted in the Elevators or common areas for maintenance work scheduling. **Trash chutes are located on each floor next to the Elevators. If locked, please locate the large trash bins in the underground parking garage. Do not put boxes or large items down the trash chute. **Do not move furniture's around in the unit. You will be charged. *Normal check out time is 11 am or earlier. Leave all keys on the unit in the unit. Please message us once you are checked out. There will be a $200 charge for FAILING to check out at 11a.m. Parking is not included: public parking is first come, first served with no in and out. Prepay (machine on wall at entrance) if open stall is available and put prepaid ticket on front dashboard visible from outside to avoid the tow trucks who manage the garage. Both towers have a pay station, and the ticket is valid for either Kuhio Village public parking garages. Waikiki Banyan may have available parking or weekly rates. **ALL charges is in USD$ Hawaii Taxes are included in the nightly rate. Hawaii Tax rate is 17.962%. No resort fees!
