The space Nestled on the scenic banks of Lake Hopatcong in New Jersey, this charming 1-bedroom Airbnb is perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the unit features a king bed, a single futon, and a convertible sofa in the living room. The apartment boasts dedicated parking, a private deck with a grill, outdoor table, and exclusive dock space (additional $50/nt, based on availability) for those bringing a boat. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks, beach towels, and are welcome to fish and swim in the lake, stocked with bass, trout, and more. One dog is allowed, making it a pet-friendly getaway. Guest access The property contains a single family home and a second house with 3 apartments. We (Janice & Anthony) live in the single family home, and two of the apartments are AirBnBs while the third is rented yearly. The apartment is private. The patio/grill is shared between the two AirBnBs, and the rest of three exterior is open to all. We love hosting guests and strive to make you feel at ease, whether that means giving you your privacy, socializing down by the dock, or helping with anything you may need! Other things to note Please note as with many lake front homes there are quite a few stairs both from the parking area to the house and from the house to the waterfront. There are about 3 flights to the apartment and another 3 flights from apartment down to the dock.
