Super cute and comfortable. Pets may be welcome depending on pet WITH advance approval. PLEASE tell me in advance whether you will be bringing a pet and additional pet fees will apply. Guest access The entire guest house is yours. The driveway is shared so you will have left side of driveway. There may or may not be guests staying in the main house next door. If you need more space, rent both main house and guest cottage together. Other things to note The main house on the property is sometimes rented and sometimes is not. You will share a driveway with any guests but will not have to interact if you don’t want. Rent both homes together if both are available.
