The space Bedrooms are average sized as was the style in the 60’s. There are 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. Plenty of closet space for hanging clothes or storage. Clock radios, lamps, nightlights and charging stations in each bedroom. One 65” television in the living room and a smaller one in the large bedroom. LED lighted ceiling fans throughout. New appliances. Laundry room. Real hardwood floors in bedrooms. Tiled showers, keyless front entry as well as garage door keypad. 1 1/2 baths are on the main level. The other bathroom is in the basement. It is newly installed and private but the basement itself is not finished. Huge driveway for plenty of off street parking. Garage was built for 1960’s sized cars, so it is a bit short for large vehicles. Front yard is a great place to throw football or play any sport you wish. Overall I think you’ll be hard pressed to find another house this old in such great condition. Guest access You will have access to most of the house and 1 stall of the 3 car garage. Basement is unfinished except for the bathroom and I store a lot of cleaning and work supplies down there in a separate locked room. There is a door going to the basement that can be closed and locked if you want to keep your kids from going downstairs. Other things to note We have a ring doorbell at the front door, a ring camera outside by the garage, and one in the backyard for security reasons. There are no cameras inside of the house. We also have cameras on the garage door opener to ensure that the garage is secure.
