Inside, you’ll find three bedrooms designed with flexibility and families in mind: •One bedroom features a queen bed and a twin bed—perfect for a couple or small family. •A large bunk room includes two double bunks with trundles and one single bunk, great for kids or larger groups. •A third bedroom includes one double bunk bed for additional sleeping space. The home includes two full bathrooms: •One with a bathtub/shower combo for families with little ones •One with a standalone shower for easy group use A full kitchen is equipped for cooking meals big or small, and a laundry room with washer and dryer makes extended stays a breeze. Gather around the table in the spacious dining/meeting room, which seats up to 14 and includes a TV monitor—great for retreats, meetings, or movie nights. The living room offers cozy couches and a peaceful space to unwind. Step outside to enjoy the large patio, fire pit with provided wood, and a fully fenced ½-acre yard—ideal for both kids and pups to play safely. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire main house, including all indoor and outdoor spaces: the kitchen, laundry room, dining/meeting room, living room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the patio, fire pit, fenced yard, walking trails, pond with dock, and the open-air barn with outdoor kitchen. For an additional fee, guests may also rent one or both of the glamping yurts, located near the pond for a more secluded stay or extra sleeping space. Other things to note Other Things to Note: This is a pet-friendly property! Please let us know if you’ll be bringing dogs. The home is in a peaceful, rural area—you may hear wildlife at night or spot deer and birds during the day. We provide firewood for the fire pit, as well as basic outdoor games like cornhole and volleyball. Wi-Fi is available, but due to our location, speeds may vary depending on weather and usage. The pond is not fenced, so please supervise children and pets near the water. Yurts near the pond are sometimes occupied by other guests or may be available to rent for an additional fee. The driveway and parking area are unpaved but can accommodate multiple vehicles. We're just 20 minutes from Bogue Chitto State Park, where you can enjoy tubing, kayaking, hiking, and more—perfect for a daytime adventure!
