We can't wait to welcome you to the Big Easy! ***PLEASE NOTE*** You will have access to ONE SMALL parking space in the garage. Your vehicle MUST fit within the lines on either side of the space, and cannot hang out past the end of those painted lines either. If your vehicle violates these rules, the building management WILL TOW YOU! They are very strict about this! Compact/Standard size vehicles should be fine, but you won't be able to park a mid or full-size truck or SUV in there. If your vehicle does not fit in the space as mentioned above, you MUST park elsewhere outside of the building. There is a paid lot next door and metered street parking in the area. Both can be paid via an app. Street parking is metered, with the meters active Monday - Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm. These times could change at any time, so please pay attention to signage. We cannot provide any refunds if your vehicle does not fit within the garage space, and there will be no refunds or reimbursement if your vehicle is towed due to violation of these rules. If you are in doubt, it's best to plan to park elsewhere. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON SITE (even on the balcony)- there are many full time residents at this property and because of that we are extremely strict about smoking rules. Smoking must be done anywhere outside of the front doors of the property. We do not allow smoking on the balcony, around the pool area or anywhere else on site. New Orleans is prone to hurricanes and other storms, sometimes outside of the normal season. Please note that we do not move, cancel, or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, road conditions/closures, travel cancellations, and weather conditions.
